5 row houses with photovoltaic systems, low energy design and massive construction, are going to be built in a beautiful and quiet green area, not far from the local recreation area ''Alte Naufahrt'' .

The architecture with its clear design meets the modern housing needs in a harmonious way. Another highlight is the cost-efficient production of electricity by using photovoltaics. As a result you are partly independent of public utility companies.

The row houses have a living space between approx. 117 sq.m. and 123 sq.m. with cellars (approx. 40 sq.m.). Each house has a terrace and a balcony ( in sum approx. 20 sq.m. to 27 sq.m). The garden area comprises approx. 35 sq.m. to 87 sq.m.

The properties are heated by an air - heating pump, the underfloorheating is also planned for the basement areas .The photovoltaic system causes a drastically reduction of the expenses for electricity, heating costs and warm water costs.

At this stage the room layout can be designed individually. You will find the in advance planned division of the properties in the sales particulars.
