The apartment consists of:

The living room is heated with heating hidden in the walls, which emits the most comfortable heat. The bedroom, bathroom and corridor are heated with floor heating system. In the apartment there are four mobile thermostats for a better control of temperature in the different parts.

In addition, the whole apartment has a sophisticated and fully hidden built-in air conditioning, which cools in summer and heats in winter. The system is extremely powerful allowing for very fast cooling or heating.

The lamps in all rooms of the apartment are from famous designers with international awards, with the one in the living room being the first and only such light combination in Austria. The living room has five different light sources. The corridor has three. The bedroom has four.

In the whole apartment there are no visible cables! All electronic equipment is hidden inside the living room section of the cupboard.

All walls were cleaned from decades of old plaster and many layers of paint down to the bricks. Then new plaster and paint (both allowing for air flow) were applied.

The floor in the whole apartment is with new oak parquet.

The living room has two distinctive parts (both overlooking the historical Annagasse) sharing a very large build-in cupboard:
o TV and fireplace centered entertainment zone with two designer sofas
o separate dining zone with a 2.8 meter long ultrathin table

The built-in kitchen is with unique design with fully enclosed working surfaces with build-in light and large folding doors. It has a separate window. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, oven, cooking plate, dish washer, absorber/extractor

The sofas in the entertainment zone enjoy equally perfect view of the large smart LED TV and the unique fireplace which is fully integrated into the cupboard. The fireplace is closed with a glass door.

All three windows in the living room and the kitchen window have built-in designer blinds (window shades) with remote control. When lifted the blinds are completely hidden into the wall.

The corridor has hidden linear lights above and below the cupboards. After the entrance is the cupboard for the guests and the winter coats. It also contains the water based heating control center, the electricity board, the alarm and the video controlled door opener. The corridor has a large mirror and additional designer lamps (two-way vertical light).

Also in the corridor is a large two sections cupboard with shelves designed for different sizes and types of shoes.

The entrance door is enforced with an additional wooden plate (the same decoration as the cupboard in the living room) from inside, which also covers the alarm (contact and shock) sensors and the secure two-way additional lock. The door has a fixed upper part which increases optically its height to 2.50 m.

All doors in the apartment as well as all entrances between the different spaces are 2.5 meter high.

All seven windows in the apartment have new “old Viennese style” chromium handles.

The bed in the bedroom hides beneath a storage 180 x 150 x 40 cm. It has an extra high mattresses, several special functionalities. The bed has two designer reading lamps.

The bathroom has a sophisticated design with white stone, glass shower, parquet, a very large mirror and designer spots on the ceiling. The fully integrated into the wall towel rack as well as all the fittings are from Vola.

The bathroom also features a tailor made cupboard with drawers under the sink and a built-in radio with remote control. It has an additional powerful ventilation.

The bedroom and the bathroom are separated with a wall that hides two very high sliding doors. When open they unite the two and make this private space look much bigger. Between the bedroom and the corridor there is also a sliding door.

The bedroom and the bathroom have three windows overlooking a small and quiet ventilation patio. The windows have renovated outside wings and new dual glazed wings inside, providing both noise and temperature insulation. The bedroom and the bathroom have double ceiling with additional insulation

The walk-in closet (with a large mirror) has three sections:
o large wardrobe with sliding doors and built-in light
o a cupboard with drawers
o separated by a door space for a washing machine and a separate dryer (it also has space for washing supplies and clothes)

In the ceiling of the walk-in closet are hidden the two machines for the air conditioning (heating, cooling, ventilation).

The toilet has a custom-made from corian cupboard for the extra deep sink, which is in a niche with a mirror. It also features a built-in cupboard for storage of toilet and kitchen paper and cleaning supplies (it also hides the two water meters). The toilet has also a powerful ventilation
